  IN-CALTM is continually researching and developing solutions to help analyze and improve the performance of your manufacturing equipment.  Temperature profiling is a cost effective method of determining the exact heating and cooling uniformity of manufacturing equipment such as presses, ovens and hot roll equipment.  This data is used to identify "hot and cold spots" which can cause quality problems.  Based upon the results of the profile, we can offer a solution to improve equipment performance.

Capabilities

Surface profiles provide a detailed analysis of the platen surfaces, as well as temperature rises and cool downs.

An oven profile provides a detailed analysis of the oven chamber, as well as temperature rises and cool downs.
 
Product Profiles (example report is 94 KB and 13 pp)
Product profiles (also called book profiles) provide detailed analysis of your product under actual process conditions.
